IMPARTIALITY POLICY

On 23rd June 2017, the company’s Board approved and adopted the following Policy of Strict Impartiality for Access Ambition:

Access Ambition seeks to advance no particular cause or values, save a commitment to democracy and the free exchange of ideas. As such, we neither support nor encourage any particular political, social, legal, regulatory, or moral opinions – save the aforementioned commitment to democracy and the free exchange of ideas.

In both supporting cause-driven careers and recruiting for values-led organisations, it is frequently the case that we work with and on behalf of professionals and employers whom hold and seek to advance particular views in these and other areas. In accordance with our Statement of Mission, we shall always represent both our partner professionals’ and our client employers’ interests and values fairly and faithfully, including any political, social, legal, regulatory, or moral views they may hold or seek to advocate.

Nevertheless, whatever the views of our client employers for whom we seek to acquire the best talent, or the opinions of our partner professionals whom we represent and seek to pair with leading values-led employers; Access Ambition shall never advocate nor seek to advocate for or on behalf of itself any particular views on matters political, social, legal, regulatory, or moral.

Moreover, no viewpoint, opinion, or argument on matters political, social, legal, regulatory, or moral, whether held privately or stated publicly, advanced by any Access Ambition shareholder, director, employee, contractor, volunteer or any other person working with or connected to Access Ambition, shall be deemed to be a viewpoint, opinion, or argument advanced or supported by Access Ambition.

Exceptions to this Policy of Strict Impartiality may only be made by the Board of Access Ambition Consultancy Services Ltd, acting in accordance with the company’s Articles of Association and relevant company law. Any statement or declaration made by or on behalf of Access Ambition which contains a viewpoint, opinion, or argument made in legitimate exception to this policy as approved by the Board must also clearly stipulate that the relevant viewpoint, opinion, or argument is made in exception to this policy.
