In addition to candidates being able to apply directly, if you know any cause-driven professionals whom might be interested in new career opportunities you can refer them to us as a potential candidate yourself.
If we subsequently place a candidate whom you have referred in a permanent or fixed term role, we will pay you at least £250, up to £500 depending on the position they are hired to. To find out more about the kind of candidates we typically seek, visit our CURRENT VACANCIES page. Each role listed therein has a particular referral value attached to it, set at between £250 and £500 depending on how difficult it may be for us to fill.
The easiest and most direct way to refer a candidate to us is simply to email their contact details to firstname.lastname@example.org. Do remember to include your own contact details too, as we will need to get in touch with you to arrange payment in the event your referral is successful.
Alternatively, you can ask potential candidates to get in touch with us themselves, submitting their CV via email to CV@accessambition.co.uk. Just be sure to remind them to include your name and contact details in the email, clearly marked as the person who recommended they get in touch with Access Ambition!
We regret that, due to Data Protection law, once you have referred a potential candidate to us we cannot necessarily confirm back to you if the person whom you have referred is subsequently registered as a candidate with Access Ambition.

However, please note that this summary is for information purposes only and in proceeding to refer a potential candidate to Access Ambition you are in fact agreeing to the full Terms & Conditions covering the scheme.
Summary of Main Terms
Access Ambition’s Candidate Referral Scheme is open and available to any person, association, or corporate body wishing to refer candidates to us (provided you have not already been engaged separately by Access Ambition to provide candidate-finding services to the company).
Our Candidate Referral Scheme does not apply to individuals already known to us or who are already registered with Access Ambition on the date the referral is made.
There are no limits to the number of referrals any one individual, association, or corporate body can make.
A referral fee will only be payable to you if and when the individual you refer to us subsequently:
– registers with Access Ambition; AND
– is hired by a client of Access Ambition’s following their being introduced to that client by us; AND
– completes at least 12 consecutive weeks’ work for that client.
The value of any referral fee payable to you will be between £250 and £500, depending on the nature of the job the candidate whom you referred is hired to.
The value of the specific referral fee payable to you shall be the listed referral value on the relevant job advert.
To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law, Access Ambition shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss, expense, damage, delay, costs, or compensation which may result from participation in Access Ambition’s Candidate Referral Scheme.
